UNIQLO Grand Rue Store to open on Thursday October 26 2023

Global apparel retailer UNIQLO today announces that its first store in Luxembourg will open on Thursday October 26th 2023. The store is located in the heart of the city center on Grand Rue 22, a prominent shopping area in Ville-Haute, of Luxembourg City.

"We are very pleased to be opening the first UNIQLO store in the Ville-Haute quarter of Luxembourg City, which will be our first store in Luxembourg. This will mark the next phase of the company’s expansion across BENELUX as the UNIQLO Grand-Rue store will become its 6th store in the region. Now more than ever, we look forward to offering our concept of LifeWear that is created from our Japanese values of simplicity, quality, and longevity and designed to help improve people’s daily lives. RE.UNIQLO STUDIO

Along with the LifeWear assortment for Women, Men and Children, UNIQLO Grand Rue will also be introducing its RE.UNIQLO Studio, ​ a dedicated space for pursuing a new future for clothes. The RE.UNIQLO Studio will offer services to recycle, repair, and remake their favorite UNIQLO items so that customers can keep wearing and loving them for longer.

UNIQLO is committed to taking responsibility of the clothing it manufactures and sells throughout the lifecycle and has been collecting pre-worn UNIQLO items from customers to be reused or recycled, for over 20 years. The RE.UNIQLO Studio is an initiative that gives the pre-worn clothing new life and new value, providing customers with various solutions such as repairing, tailoring, clothing upcycling and embroideries in order to make them appreciate and use their clothing for a longer time.

To date, UNIQLO has opened these Studios across the majority of the EU markets across the UK, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Denmark in more than 10 stores, and globally including such markets as the United States, Japan and Singapore.
